Soham, PamGro’s founder, wasn’t always an international employment guru. He began with a passion for numbers, surprising shopkeepers with his mental math skills.
Soham’s entrepreneurial spirit started young, with a Tazoz trading operation that funded his school snacks. During the Covid pandemic, remote work sparked his interest. The challenges companies faced hiring globally only made him more intrigued. Thus PamGro came into existence.
